PENGARUH EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT DAN ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI

Employees who had good performance could provide significant benefits to the company or organization. Based on the pre-survey data conducted by the researcher and the summary of employee performance data, it was evident that the performance of employees at the Department of Fisheries and Livestock in Kuningan Regency was suboptimal and needed improvement. This research aimed to determine (1) the simultaneous influence of employee engagement and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on the performance of employees at the Department of Fisheries and Livestock in Kuningan Regency, (2) the influence of employee engagement on the performance of employees at the Department of Fisheries and Livestock in Kuningan Regency, and (3) the influence of OCB on the performance of employees at the Department of Fisheries and Livestock in Kuningan Regency. This research used an associative/quantitative method. The population in this study was all employees at the Department of Fisheries and Livestock in Kuningan Regency, with a saturation sampling technique. The data used were primary data, obtained through a questionnaire. The statistical method used was multiple regression analysis. Classic assumption tests. The research results indicated that (1) employee engagement and OCB together had a positive influence on the performance of employees at the Department of Fisheries and Livestock in Kuningan Regency. (2) Employee engagement had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) did not significantly affect employee performance.
