Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the influence of internal supervision, self-control and work environment on cyberloafing behavior. The method used in this research was survey research method with a type of correlational research using a quantitative approach. Sampling was carried out using a saturated sampling technique (Population Sample). The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with an interval scale of 1-10. The analysis consists of descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests (Normality Test and Multicollinearity Test), Multiple Regression Analysis and Hypothesis Testing with the help of the SPSS application. The research results show that: (1) Internal Supervision, Self-Control, and Work Environment have a significant effect on Cyberloafing Behavior, (2) Internal Supervision has a negative and significant effect on cyberloafing behavior, (3) Self-Control has a negative and significant effect on cyberloafing behavior, and (4) Work Environment negative and significant effect on cyberloafing behavior.
