Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan dan mengkaji jurnal-jurnal ilmiah terindeks yang relevan dalam bidang strategi manajemen melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Data penelitian diperoleh dari basis data Scopus dengan cakupan publikasi tahun 2021–2024, sehingga mencerminkan perkembangan
mutakhir dalam riset strategi. Proses seleksi dilakukan terhadap jurnal yang mengandung kata kunci “strategy”
atau “strategic” dalam judul maupun klasifikasi bidang, serta masuk ke dalam kategori Strategy and
Management. Dari hasil penyaringan diperoleh 531 jurnal internasional terindeks, yang kemudian dianalisis
menggunakan indikator bibliometrik seperti CiteScore, SNIP, SJR, dan persentase artikel yang disitasi. Hasil
analisis menunjukkan sejumlah jurnal unggulan yang secara konsisten menerbitkan artikel terkait strategi,
terutama dalam sub-bidang Strategy and Management, Sustainable Strategy, dan Innovation Strategy.
Sebagian besar jurnal berasal dari penerbit internasional terkemuka seperti Elsevier, Wiley, dan Sage, dengan
hanya satu jurnal yang teridentifikasi berasal dari Indonesia. Kajian ini memberikan gambaran umum tentang sumber-sumber utama yang dapat menjadi acuan penting bagi peneliti, akademisi, maupun praktisi dalam mengembangkan kajian strategi manajemen di masa depan.
