Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Workload and Work Stress on Cyberloafing. The method used in this study is a questionnaire method with descriptive and quantitative analysis. This research was conducted on Alfamart employees in Kuningan District. Samples were taken as many as 100 employees using saturated samples. The data collection technique uses questionnaires with interval scales. The research data was processed using the SPSS application version 23. The results showed that Workload and Work Stress together had a positive and significant effect on Cyberloafing. Workload partially has a positive and significant effect on Cyberloafing and Work Stress has a partial positive and significant effect on Cyberloafing.
