Sarana Medika.

Abstract
This study aims to design and build an inventory control information system with a Supply Chain Management (SCM) approach at CV. Sarana Medika using PHP and MySQL. This information system is expected to assist in managing inventory more efficiently and effectively. The system development method used is the Waterfall or Linear Sequential model, which consists of the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. At the needs analysis stage, identification of user needs and existing business processes at CV. Sarana Medika. The system design stage includes designing the database and user interface. Implementation is done by developing applications using the PHP programming language and the MySQL database management system. System testing is carried out to ensure that all functions run well and in accordance with the needs. The results showed that the information system built was able to increase the efficiency of inventory control, reduce data errors, and facilitate monitoring of stock items. Thus, this system is expected to make a positive contribution to the operational performance of CV Sarana Medika.
